Event Management

I have comfortable experience running events, from concept, to design, promotion, then actually running the night and even doing the sound tech, photography & videography.

1.

I sit down with all potential clients and discuss aspects of their social media they need running. This can range from looking after a brands entire online presence to being responsible for Instagram. It's important that I get to know your brand, your values and your priorities so that I can offer the most tailor-made experience as possible.

2.

Once we have agreed on short term and long term goals, such as - reaching 1000 followers on Facebook (short term) to collaborating with different influencers to reach new audiences (long term), I send over my proposed Social Media Strategy. I take over their accounts and help to adjust and improve branding and content strategies; taking photos, designing new graphics and playing around with different algorithms to give the brands online presence a more professional yet personal touch.

3.

After a general tidy-up, I share with clients a proposed 30-day content plan, one unique to each platform, bearing in mind the colour schemes, tone of brand, different themes and aspects of the brand previously talked about in stage 1, as well as keeping an eye on market trends. If my clients are happy with this, then I start the scheme.

4.

I share insights, analytics and information collected from different platforms (in a way that's easy to understand) either weekly, or monthly, depending on the clients preference, and analyse what this means for the brand, so that I am constantly adjusting the social media strategy to what content is working.

5.

If your company or brand has certain events or milestones, I make sure to prepare with relevant online posts and promotions (paid or organic) both online and offline in-store. This is the same for calendar / industry holidays such as Pride, International Days, etc. This is basically tying whatever is happening online to reflect with in-store promotions

6.

I value my service on being personal and not just limited to looking after the social media. In the past, if clients have events, I don't just design the posters, create online events, I make sure to print the flyers, distribute them myself, attend the actual events, take photos and videos and then re-post them and use them to fuel excitement for future events. I look after every aspect of tasks set, which I think sets me apart from bigger, more expensive companies.

7.

I have no prices listed as it changes per client depending on what budget they have and what funds they have available. Social media contracts have ranged from £300 - £1000 pcm.
